            Contract signed end of July, payment request received July 30.; submitted payment. The company‘s Communication is non-existent. It is November 18, no Updates, no Windows. Thankfully, I used a Credit Card and will now Look into disputing the payment since no Services were ever rendered. Received three requests for Review. That Part of Communication Sems to work.

            This is currently a zero star experience. It has been 4 months since installation of July 7. There are multiple issues that have not been addressed by Reece. The sliding glass doors were installed without a handle leaving the house unsecured for 8 days. 4 months later, The replacement handle does not match - still waiting for a 5th service call to get this right. The track of the sliding glass doors still do not have the cosmetic cover to hide the screw heads. The master shower plastic trim ... Read more

            Can't read a simple no soliciting sign and decide it was a good time to interrupt my sleep when I'm not on a regular schedule. If they can't follow a simple direction on a sign what makes me think they can understand anything I say or want? Definitely never giving them business

            Contracted Reece Windows to install hurricane impact windows in our brand new build. Installation end of July 2024. The leaking started a few days after installation in August 2024. Took months and thousands of dollars out of pocket to get acknowledgement and finally get the leaking window replaced. We were never reimbursed the out of pocket money used to mitigate water damage and their subcontractors insurance company has denied the claim since act of God events aren't covered (aka hurricane...
