Horrible. There service,sales,installing. All-around Horrible. Take whatever they tell you 2X it. They say there 3-4 weeks out make that 10-12 weeks. You tell them your on a budget and they push and push to sell you less for more.
These guys don't understand what "No Soliciation" means. It's clearly posted at the entrances, but I guess they feel as though it doesn't apply to them. Many neighbors answered their doors and told them to leave. Those who were lucky enough to miss them got these stickers left on their windows.
I understand the point of trying to get business but knocking on someone’s door multiple days leaving notes on my door in a gated community just becomes annoying. I would call you the first letter you left on my door if I needed services.
Reece Windows and Doors just installed impact windows on my home. From beginning (with Rob)to the end of the process it was excellent. The windows are beautiful and well done inside and out. Communication throughout was right on. The installation crew was amazing and worked like a well oiled machine. They cordoned off each window to minimize dust and worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned the windows and surrounding area including vacuuming. I highly recommend Reece Windows and Doors!
