            I had windows and doors placed 2 years ago . I was skeptical that they will honor a lifetime warranty with guarantee to fix any issues we have at anytime . Well after install and on another occasion I saw a hairline crack on windows , they ordered windows and came out and replaced it with no problems . January 2024 I realized after a heavy rain storm I realized 3 windows was letting water in which also destroyed the dry wall under the 3 windows .             We have been in Florida now for 18 months. Most companies that have sent sales people to our house seemed "scammy". We have the pleasure of having Michael stop by our house to make a great presentation on their high impact window systems. High information and no pressure at all. This may not be the right time for us to purchase the windows. However, when the time is right, I would be very comfortable when the time is right to have Michael back to our house.

            We had all windows and our front door replaced by Reece and they look and work great. The only negative is that there were a couple mistakes made in the windows that were delivered BUT they made it right with no hassle. I would definitely use them again.
