            Reece performed very well. They kept their promises and returned to the work until I was satisfied. The installation itself was quick and hassle free. I didn’t do all my windows, but when I want to do more, I will use them.

            I did not have a good experience with Reese Windows. I was told one thing by the salesperson who later reneged on his story. The person who measured the windows for production made an error which the company then provided excuses to cover the error.

            It took from Mar to Sep 2025 finally to install my windows. I attempt to contact the salesperson with minimum response from him. finally, i have a day to install my windows and they came over by 09:00 and finished by 21:00. the problem was they miss a window in the house. I have attempted to contact the compay and the salesperson and still not having any luck with it. This is November 06, 2025, and still have not seen any solution to my problem. Very lacking responsibility to the customer. Read less
