Excellent quality Windows and worth every penny. Service and installation was perfect.
The installation was delayed and remains incomplete. Additionally, we received incorrect models featuring grilles and a double upper rail—specifications we did not request. Communication and updates throughout the process have been significantly below expectations.

I will provide a review once the windows we ordered are delivered and installed. It has been over two ,months (as informed by Reece) and we anticipate installation around Thanksgiving. I will provide a detailed review at that time.
It took two attempts to install the doors and NO one came out to install the install the screw plugs after inspection. There was also stucco damage that has not been repair. Of course they were paid up front through the financing, so I guess there isn't any hurry to follow up.
