            Guy came knocking on door, gated community, fine it happens. Convinced me (politely) to schedule appt for next day. Next day I canceled- holiday time is crazy! I called and said I would call after the new year to make an appt. I actually really wanted new windows in 2025. No problem, they canceled. Within 48 hours, they called me 6 times AND texted twice.             Chris is a wonderful, gentleman that came to my front door and explained many things to me about windows and gave me a sales brochure. Chris said that Reece Windows was willing and ready to do window replacement for me. Unfortunately when I called, the woman that answers the phone does not understand that some condominiums have rooms with a large set of windows that we refer to as a Florida Room, that is part of the original structure.
