I'm getting this survey but it's been 3 months since we paid half and still have not heard anything about whether product is ready and when it will be installed. We were told 8 to 10 weeks and we're already at 3 months with no word of what's happening.

Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable. He said he would be visiting during installation to check on things, but didn’t. Also, the installation crew was great, efficient, skilled, but spoke very little to no English which was a little hard when we had questions. Reese replaced all of the windows (10) in our home. Their pricing was the best we received from 3 potential suppliers. They stayed on site and finished installing all of the windows in one day. Great job on windows installation, a few days later one of the windows cracked, they replaced it, then a few months later the screen casing popped out and the screen was "wavy" not tight called and they are coming out, took a month to have them come back out. They did not give us a military discount, as my father-in-law, was in the Navy, as a fighter pilot, only disappointment.
