Also, the installation crew was great, efficient, skilled, but spoke very little to no English which was a little hard when we had questions. Great job on windows installation, a few days later one of the windows cracked, they replaced it, then a few months later the screen casing popped out and the screen was "wavy" not tight called and they are coming out, took a month to have them come back out. They did not give us a military discount, as my father-in-law, was in the Navy, as a fighter pilot, only disappointment.

Great sales experience but poor installation service, it was not timely. It has not been started at 11/5/25. It should have been completed last month. I think this is a large contract . I would not want to be a small contract.
