Starr is great, she really knows the best options to fit each need. Almost everyone around here uses the same couple brands but she showed us something we hadn't seen anywhere but Reece. While the expense with pretty much any impact window seems to be high no matter where you look, I like the differential they offer with their products, and after Ian I feel alot better having the upgrade. Not to mention how much noise is reduced from outside.
