We sincerely apologize for the prolonged timeline, poor communication, and for the missed window—this is not the level of service we strive to provide. We take responsibility and are escalating your file to our service management team to correct the oversight and complete the installation. A manager will contact you within 48 hours to confirm scheduling and address any outstanding concerns, including appropriate compensation for the delay. Thank you for the update, Michael, and I apologize for the delay you’ve experienced. We understand the frustration with the extended lead time and appreciate your patience as installation is expected around Thanksgiving. We will ensure Reece and our scheduling team stay on top of your order to help facilitate a timely delivery and installation. If you need assistance or an update before then, please contact Reece or our customer service and we will be glad to help. We look forward to your detailed review after installation.

I’m sorry to hear the new handle is loose and the door is hard to open. Sometimes installing larger hardware requires latch and strike adjustments to restore smooth operation, and we want to make this right. We will send a technician to re-adjust or replace the handle and ensure the door operates properly under our workmanship guarantee at no extra charge. Please contact our office at your convenience to schedule a service visit so we can correct this promptly.
