20 years ago, we got windows (about 18 of them) from Reece for our whole house, sliding door to the screen porch, and hurricane shutters for all of it after the summer of Charley, Frances, Ivan, and Jeanne (2004) ---and they've been wonderful! Windows installed 2021. Made our home safe through the past hurricanes Ian and Milton. However, poor customer service when needing a long scratch in the line of sight removed or replace the pane of a large living room window. Was told by a tech to try rubbing it out with a magic eraser. Needles to say I did try the magic eraser. The scratch is still visible.
