Ignored our No Soliciting sign as they went door to door. Rang the doorbell when our toddler was napping. Won’t ever hire a company that openly disrespects our signs/requests.
Would not recommend, they door knock like crazy, which means they do not get enough business.
Not recommend this company. No local office phone number to get hold of anybody (only 866 number) We had a contract with postdated check, they checked it immediately causing tons of problems to us. The rep Tim O’Connor blocked our numbers and trying to talk with anyone in the office was a huge issue. Today after 13 days them having our money, they said they would fedex our refund. We will see.
I wanna say thank you to Reece windows for delivering on every promise from the start when the young lady Amber knocked on our door, to the salesman, Josh Taylor, who was very thorough and answered all our questions and gave us a heck of a deal on these windows and doors..
