I had windows and doors placed 2 years ago . I was skeptical that they will honor a lifetime warranty with guarantee to fix any issues we have at anytime . Well after install and on another occasion I saw a hairline crack on windows , they ordered windows and came out and replaced it with no problems . January 2024 I realized after a heavy rain storm I realized 3 windows was letting water in which also destroyed the dry wall under the 3 windows . I called Johnny and he sent someone out immediate...
