The salesperson Chris Miles did a nice job of explaining how the impact resistant windows and doors work and the unexpected benefit of reduced noise from the outside. The project manager and workers also did a great job of installation - including resolving the inevitable problems that arise (in my case old termite damage around a sliding glass door that had to be replaced).
