I was promised that my new windows would be installed before hurricane season, but it's now late July. Although one window and a sliding door have been installed, there were issues that arose: exterior damage to my home occurred during the installation, and the sliding door has a faulty lock. Soliciting in a gated community with no solicitation notices at the front gate. Knocking on my door and running my door bell at 5:45pm to sell me windows. I wouldn't trust this company since they clearly have no business sense or common decency. My family is eating dinner and they are trying to sell us products when they shouldn't even be in the neighborhood at all. Terrible company ethics.
We are so happy we chose Reece for our project. We had all of the windows in the house replaced and most all of the doors with Miami/Dade County rates hurricane impact glass. The product quality is outstanding. We’ve already noticed a reduction in noise and energy bill. Hopefully we never have or find out if they stand up to a hurricane. 😀
