14 months from signing, windows are done. 3, different Mangement contacts, 3 different install teams, wrong size windows ordered and rec. after 12 months. parts and install issues. The only bright spot if any is Darious Team leader & Henry the installer. 4 windows & 2 doors. Lots of delays, phone calls, emails, changed plans to be home when needed. Worst experience every. Beware! Find a different solution! Today was the 3rd time in less than a year that this company has trespassed inside our gated community. They ignore no soliciting signs, no tresspassing signs and private property signs and go door to door. They outright lie and tell you they are working at a job site in the community (when pressed they will look at a list of "potential" customers and give you a name). In 2 instances, the name was for people that moved out years ago so it's a definite lie.... Read more
Not a customer, but this is a character review. My man was stuck on the side of the road and they stopped and helped me get it out. I have no idea if they were heading to a job or if they were heading home for the evening, but they stopped and helped me. Because they stopped, other people stopped. They were the first ones.
