I got my windows installed about two months ago and one of the windows had issues and they put plywood for the time being and “would send someone” to fix the issue. Here we are now about two months later and we still have plywood on our very big kitchen window. My light bill has been over $400 these past two months thanks to not having a window. I inquired about replacing the original windows in my 1987 home. Reece showed up to demo their windows and it was truly unbelievable the quality of the product. Reece makes their own windows so you are not stuck waiting 6+ months on supply chain issues. I met with Reece at the very end of March and they estimated the time the windows would be ready to install was around July. I received a phone call early May and stated they were ready. Excellent experience with them!!! Tim is the best customer oriented seller, he listened to all my demands and gave me the best price for my windows. The installers were very professional and the windows' were high quality. The company exceeded my expectations.
