Josh was my sales person. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything very well. He got a little pushy at one point and then backed off. Products are good. The reason I did not choose Reece to install my windows: I was only handed a piece of paper with a number on it as an estimate. No brochures or warranty items to mull over.

While getting the final price was a roundabout journey for me, I was able to get insulated, double hung, impact windows from Reece for the price of uninsulated, single hung, impact windows offered from other companies. The installation of the 28 windows and French doors in my house was extremely professionally done and pleased both my wife and myself. I recommend them highly.
