Installation process was two years ago and it went smooth, the installers were fast clean and when done they all looked fantastic. Remember you get what you pay for and with the lifetime guarantee they’ve come out to my house two times and fixed the issue I was having no questions they ask they just came and fixed it, customer service on the phone was fantastic the installer called you right back to find out what’s going on so he could send one of his guys and with any material they may need.
