Just a note to say, we had Reece Windows installed the first time in April ’08 and then finished up with the final 6 in October ’08. We had been pleased from the beginning with regard to the quality of workmanship demonstrated by Reece. As you know, the snow then left many without power. We had no idea when we would get our power back, but planned to “walt it out” or go to our daughter’s home. It turned out we did have our power restored with 12 hours. Everyone was courteous and very easy to talk to. They answered all my questions. Marty and Jason were excellent! However the stars of the show were Larry and Pat, the installers. They were efficient, polite and helpful – and so cleat that I hardly knew they’d been here except for the new windows!
