The city failed their inspection so they took out the initial sliding doors and replaced them with a different one (different from our contract). I informed them that I was not pleased with the second doors, however they never bother to correct anything.             Fantastic windows at a fair price! Customer service was fantastic! No hard push sales, but the demonstration of the windows sold us! Installation team was thorough and professional.
