Look I don't like to leave reviews but no solicitation is allowed in my neighborhood and Hunter refused to listen so here is my review of your company which refuses to listen to simple rules. Enjoy.
The product and the installation went well. However, their back office is unprofessional. The salesperson quoted me $9,000 to replace the front window to win my business. I paid them a $4500 deposit. The installer came a month later and did a great job installing the window. When he was done, he gave us an invoice for the remaining balance of $4500, which I gladly paid. Then, three days later, they asked for an additional $400 and said the contract was for $9400, which not disclosed to me prior.... Read more

Two guys show up cold calling in a well marked no solicitation neighborhood, ignored that fact when I told them, said the company installed windows in a condo two doors down, which they did not and to top it off both "salesmen" did not have any business cards, then called my phone a dozen times a day until I had to block them.
