20 years ago, we got windows (about 18 of them) from Reece for our whole house, sliding door to the screen porch, and hurricane shutters for all of it after the summer of Charley, Frances, Ivan, and Jeanne (2004) ---and they've been wonderful! About to replace front and side doors (thanks, Helene), and happy to work with Reece again.
Their products are great, but their business practices are abhorrent. We bought windows years ago, and they’ve consistently shown up in our gated community lying to security to get through. They show up to our house at random and have now begun harassing our neighbors and using our names saying they’re doing work for us. We have consistently told them we have no interest and not to come back, but it continues.
Although their products and our experience of replacing/upgrading windows in our home was great, the sales representatives have continued to harass us and our neighbors. Because of their sales approach, we will not use them again and do not recommend them.
Worse than than the used car salesman caricature. This company rolled out all of the amateur door-to-door sales tricks they could get in before I had to toss them out and get about my day, such as...
