Over 20 years of living in our house we have had 3 roofing companies inspect a leak occurring where the porch roof transitioned into the house. Not one of these companies would take the time to get to the root of the problem. Previous companies were not willing to inspect further than the exterior of the house. I bought my home in 2023 and it had a new roof that another roofing company had installed in 2020. I was getting a large water circle in my kitchen ceiling...the roof had a 5 year guarantee on workmanship that expired May 2025. I started calling the company and they did come out twice and got in the attic and told me no sign of water leak in attic and no wet insulation.
