I bought my home in 2023 and it had a new roof that another roofing company had installed in 2020. I was getting a large water circle in my kitchen ceiling...the roof had a 5 year guarantee on workmanship that expired May 2025. I started calling the company and they did come out twice and got in the attic and told me no sign of water leak in attic and no wet insulation.
