Thrilled with the service I received from the folks at Rembrandt Roofing and Restoration. We lost siding (and stood to lose quite a bit more) after the high winds on Thanksgiving night and Rembrandt was able to get someone out first thing on the morning of Black Friday. The Service Manager took the time to explain my options and was able to button it up enough to prevent further damage until I could properly address things. I'll be calling them when I'm ready to redo all the siding.

Rembrandt put on our new roof (SE PA) in 2015, following a violent hailstorm, with an issue developing 4 years later, well after the warranty had expired. Wade Walker (CEO) took responsibility for an oversight in their work, which is being corrected. It's good to see companies who stand by their work, rather than find loopholes to avoid responsibility. Rembrandt is a company you can trust.

For us they did everything they said they were going to do and Chris kept us informed every step of the way. Every challenge that came up, Chris (working with his installers) identified it and took care of it. Chris worked very ef... Read more
