My roof has been replaced just for 8 years but found leaking on two sites in the crossing corners shingle, siding, and gutter meet, which made adjacent wood rotten. I chose Renaissance because the owner Don DePriest knows how to fix the leaking issues and he helps take the temporary measures in December to have eliminated the leaking over the winter and early spring.
