The owner came out to do the evaluation and provide an estimate of the repair. While he was there he quickly patched the hole to stop immediate leaks, didn't charge me for it, and then provided a (reasonable) quote for a long-term repair. His team came out and fixed the issue the following week. Top tier craftsman, honest and straightforward.
