We had Renaissance install a new roof almost 10 yrs ago. Last week, during a very heavy thunderdstorm, we noticed a water stain on the living room ceiling. Renaissance has a 10 yr warranty, so Don (owner) and Mike came out as a courtesy call and diagnosed and fixed a problem on the roof without any cost. We are very appreciative for them coming out, inspecting and fixing an issue almost 10 years after and standing behind their work. Thank you Don and Mike!!

We recently had a leak during a strong rain and I called Renaissance Roofing to inspect our roof. Turns out the leak came for a gable vent, not a roof issue. The technician was prompt and quickly identified root cause and offered a quick fix with caulk. Very happy with the outcome of my roof. Customer service was great. Pricing was on par with other quotes. They took pictures as they were performing the work to help us see everything was added as promised. The clean up and tarping of our yard really made a difference. These guys take care of your yard like it’s their own. Everyone from the team and the office were available and responsive to any questions we had.
