We are pleased with the way our patio and front porch turned out for the most part. However, we were told that we would get rewarded for referrals. That hasn't happened. We referred 3 others who have had their porches done.
We also reported that a bubble had occurred on our front porch. Promised again that they would address it. They have not. It's apparently been forwarded to their home office.
Now, this causes concern as to how a "life time" warranty will be handled if the need arises.
