Update: while I still do not like their sales strategy, I feel compelled to raise my ratings to 4 stars. Since my first encounter, I had the opportunity to interact with them regarding other projects. Despite the fact that we did not end up going with CA for both projects, we really appreciated their honesty about not being able to meet our requirements.
