If, like me, you ended up with a Closet America System you weren't expecting, the manufacturer of the bits of hardware is Hafele. Closet America WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS. Customer service was nice when I called, but management wouldn't let them help me. See, I bought pieces of a used closet system online- didn't realize it was a Closet America system.
