Just got off the phone with this company attempting to schedule a consultation and about 8 mins in to this call, I requested to cancel and did not move forward. I received many incoming call from unit Renuity , no one was on the other line. When I called back, I got in a que. No one picked, I received a call. Made an appointment, was told it would take them an hour. We stayed home. No one showed up or called. Read on other sites this is not unusual. Call center appointment calling does not work.
