If, like me, you ended up with a Closet America System you weren't expecting, the manufacturer of the bits of hardware is Hafele. Closet America WILL NOT TELL YOU THIS. Customer service was nice when I called, but management wouldn't let them help me. See, I bought pieces of a used closet system online- didn't realize it was a Closet America system. Update: while I still do not like their sales strategy, I feel compelled to raise my ratings to 4 stars. Since my first encounter, I had the opportunity to interact with them regarding other projects. Despite the fact that we did not end up going with CA for both projects, we really appreciated their honesty about not being able to meet our requirements.
