They are great when they want to schedule and get your business. But there are lots of things that you need to keep in mind if you are going to take time to work through design, compare with other options before you decide. 1. They give you some discounts calling it first time customer rebate but only available on day of appointment, not even the next day to let you think through. Thats just like entrapment. You absolutely must work with Closet America for closet and storage solutions. I originally chose them because they are a local company, do not outsource the closet installation, have multiple professional awards, and philanthropic efforts. I received a closet installation service. I originally scheduled my installation for July of this year but due to contractors in my home I was forced to keep pushing the installation back.
