Totally unresponsive. We spent a lot of time setting up a design that we liked and needed a follow up to finalize. Despite me calling four times to follow up, we just got ghosted. It was just unprofessional. I assume they must be making plenty of money to turn down a few thousand from us.

First, the Closet America designer worked with us to create a custom closet design that met our needs. She was very friendly and helpful. Then the installation team showed up at the scheduled time and did a great job installing the closet components and thoroughly cleaning up. Very unethical company during the quoting process I was told the only way I could qualify for discounts and rebates were to leave a review and put a yard sign up for a month it is a shame that you cannot trust any of these positive reviews because they are bought and paid for.
