I finally got my closet and it’s absolutely beautiful. I waited 3 months but from design consultation to installation, they were in full communication. Heather came and designed the closet for me. My husband submitted an intake form last week or so to get an estimate for multiple spaces around our new home. Today, we received an email to call in and confirm our appointment. I called to confirm and was told they can’t send anyone to do an estimate because my husband would not be available to join the appointment at the time scheduled.
