We had a very positive experience with Closet America from start to finish. Kelly came out and did the walkthrough and design process with us and designed a solution that worked to meet our needs. There was never any pressure to buy things we didn't want or need. On installation day, the crew showed up on time and kept a nice clean work area throughout. Closet of America was the only company currently during this pandemic, although busy, that still scheduled an appointment. Every other closet designer was too busy to bother. Closet of America let you know up front, if you decide to use their business, they are a couple of months out installing, however, once I finished with the representative, Malika, I was so pleased with the design that she chose I did not mind waiting.
