We had two closets installed. The consultation happened in April. The consultant was knowledgeable and walked us diligently through the process. We were able to get a detailed plan and they were upfront on their costs. The only downside was that the wait for the installation was two months.

Closet America did a great job installing 3 closets in my house. They were super fast and polite. They look fantastic.
It took 3 months from the date of purchase to the install. I requested that the shelves be wide enough to hold two stacks of folded shirts, sweaters, or jeans side by side, but the shelves are only wide enough to hold one stack. I also made it clear that the entire closet
system should be from wall to wall, but they added these side strips and didn't tell me about them which prevents the unit from being wall to wall in order to maximize the space.
