First, let me say that the two men that installed my closet unit was very professional. There was a 2 to 3 hour delay because during installation they realized the pieces did not fit my closet (hence the 4 stars). I will admit once it was installed I was not overly impressed because I did not know if all of my clothes and shoes were going to fit. However, they did with room to spare. I love new closet. I think I may need to again for my hall closet. Thank you!

Totally unresponsive. We spent a lot of time setting up a design that we liked and needed a follow up to finalize. Despite me calling four times to follow up, we just got ghosted. It was just unprofessional. I assume they must be making plenty of money to turn down a few thousand from us.
