Great service and great install of new shelves. Using their services a second time. The only feedback I have for closet america is to have sales people trained to cross sell and inform homeowners w more options you offer instead of assuming we know and only offer the basic bare minimum. You never know what a client may want if you don't mention it all with better sales pitch materials with pictures. 😊

Closets America closets are attractive and durable. The sales rep, Jen Farmer, was personable, professionally, and patient. She answered all my questions and her advice was spot on. The installation was on time. The installers were professional, personable and efficient. They took the time to make adjustments when asked. I was impressed when they respected my no shoes policy even when I didn't ask them to.
