It took 3 months from the date of purchase to the install. I requested that the shelves be wide enough to hold two stacks of folded shirts, sweaters, or jeans side by side, but the shelves are only wide enough to hold one stack. I also made it clear that the entire closet system should be from wall to wall, but they added these side strips and didn't tell me about them which prevents the unit from being wall to wall in order to maximize the space.

We are moving into a new home and wanted to maximize the space in our closet. Jada Casey listened carefully to what our needs were and designed the perfect space. She was very professional and answered all of our questions. We thought the price was reasonable for the quality of the material. We have a closet system in our current home, but it doesn’t even compare with Closet America. We are excited to get the project started and see Jada’s design in our space.
