The whole experience was incredible! I was so impressed with the designers ability to understand exactly what we wanted and her flexibility in presenting ideas to us and incorporating everything so cohesively. The installers were clean, polite and engaging and VERY capable. I was kept updated the entire time by frequent updating phone calls.
