I love my closet system.I love the guys who came out to install it. I love the woman who came out and sold it to me. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star rating is the financial part. No, it wasn't too costly. The issue is the way they walk you into financing part of it. Now, I accept what I did and my part for not asking if it was a requirement to use Greensky. I see that you were unimpressed with our financing partner Greensky and I'm sorry your experience with them was poor. We offer Greensky as our financing option but it's not required. Great communication and quality work! Knowledgable, patient, and friendly consultation with Jennifer. Installers were professional, punctual, and finished faster than I expected. Closet America helped us turn our master bedroom walk in closet from an empty room of chaos into a place with shelves & clothing racks that really make organization possible. The entire Closet America team that included the design consultant, telephone / scheduling representatives, and the engineering team all did a fantastic job of designing and executing the vision I had for my closets. This is the second home I've had them design closets for and I will certainly use them again and again.
