My experience with Closet America was excellent from start to finish. I first contacted them last year to install systems in two closets and laundry room. I also had them install a Murphy bed in my basement. I was so pleased with the work that I recently had them install a desk and shelving unit. The design consultants I dealt with for the three designs were knowledgeable, friendly and listened to my needs. The installers arrived on scheduled and completed the install in a timely manner. We are so excited about our custom closet! Our designer (Emily) and installer (John) were both wonderful to work with. The designer actually measured my hanging clothes, so my bar maximizes space by not being too high (I could barely reach it in my closet before!), but it is high enough to hang my dresses. Truly customized! Emily was very friendly and professional. She explained the product options fully and helped us make decisions to match our needs, our wants, and our budget.

I have had of six closets, a pantry and my garage designed, built and installed by Closet America. The workmanship and attention to detail meets and exceeds all of my expectations. The installation crews are on time, clean, efficient and polite. Lydia, the designer is absolutely amazing. She brings your ideas to life and makes an otherwise mundane experience thoroughly enjoyable and satisfying. Lydia's attention to detail will put even the most demanding perfectionist at ease, her talent an... Read more

We met a rep from Closet America at a home show this winter. Based on their demo model and advertisement they do great work. Unfortunately, they were unable to help with my closet. The sloped ceiling and LONG closet rod were "too unique" to resolve. We were only offered basic shelves along the back wall, which could be accomplished with big box store supplies. If you have a unique space, you might be better off working with a local contractor.

Hi Luke, Thank you for sharing your experience. Taking a look at your project, it appears that sloped ceiling posed the greatest challenge for us. We work in challenging spaces often but there are times where there's not enough 'flat wall' for our system to mount to. I do apologize that weren't able to meet your needs. If you'd like to discuss more, please feel free to reach out to me directly at 240.696.2461 or tbrooks@closetamerica.com. Thank you, Tim

Wow! I had Closet America RE-DO an already custom closet done by another company. They are amazing! So easy to work with and really delivered on my needs. Lydia was FANTASTIC! I'm very picky and she nailed the design (very rarely do I use the word perfect, but it was perfect). Extremely happy with the service they provide and am looking forward to the next time I call them.
