I gave them a 2 because the closet does look really nice and I like the product. They lost me with customer service. I have a small space, was told the closet would take two days ( one day for the removal/patch/painting, one day for install). Day one went as planned. Day 2 the install guy didn’t bring a hand dolly so we had to make a million trips from his truck to my unit. From the initial phone call to the consultation at our home all have been very professional! Hamza Hamdeh came over and explained every step of the process in detail. He was so patient and answered all questions. It took a few hours , but it was worth the process! I am so excited for my new closet!
