Couldn't get the job done in a timely manner, so ultimately had to cancel in favor of faster option. Ended up with useless credit when the company hadn't even started building my product. Find a different company that allows options that are less expensive, have more available and timely options, and don't cheat people out of hard-earned money.

We met a rep from Closet America at a home show this winter. Based on their demo model and advertisement they do great work. Unfortunately, they were unable to help with my closet. The sloped ceiling and LONG closet rod were "too unique" to resolve. We were only offered basic shelves along the back wall, which could be accomplished with big box store supplies. If you have a unique space, you might be better off working with a local contractor.

Wow! I had Closet America RE-DO an already custom closet done by another company. They are amazing! So easy to work with and really delivered on my needs. Lydia was FANTASTIC! I'm very picky and she nailed the design (very rarely do I use the word perfect, but it was perfect). Extremely happy with the service they provide and am looking forward to the next time I call them.

What an amazing transformation of our closet spaces! Some have apparently doubled in capacity! And the team of installers could not have been better. They left our home as clean as when they arrived (perhaps even cleaner). From the planning phase with Kelly to the final goodbye to the installers this was a fantastic experience. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give because they surely deserve the max!

Love Closet America! I've used them to customize all my closets in my last 3 homes. Amazing designs and incredible quality and value. I recommend them to anyone who wants to have closets that "wow!" everyone that sees them.
