We are so excited about our custom closet! Our designer (Emily) and installer (John) were both wonderful to work with. The designer actually measured my hanging clothes, so my bar maximizes space by not being too high (I could barely reach it in my closet before!), but it is high enough to hang my dresses. Truly customized! Emily was very friendly and professional. She explained the product options fully and helped us make decisions to match our needs, our wants, and our budget.

Couldn't get the job done in a timely manner, so ultimately had to cancel in favor of faster option. Ended up with useless credit when the company hadn't even started building my product. Find a different company that allows options that are less expensive, have more available and timely options, and don't cheat people out of hard-earned money.

We met a rep from Closet America at a home show this winter. Based on their demo model and advertisement they do great work. Unfortunately, they were unable to help with my closet. The sloped ceiling and LONG closet rod were "too unique" to resolve. We were only offered basic shelves along the back wall, which could be accomplished with big box store supplies. If you have a unique space, you might be better off working with a local contractor.
