I setup an appointment for 2/5/2019 at 6PM. After Closet America confirming the appointment days prior, and after I left work early to meet with them, I received a call at 4:30PM telling me that the designer is sick and they needed to reschedule. If they don't value my time, I will find a competitor who does.

Love our 12x12 walk-in master bedroom closet. Lydia Basilio came out to measure the area and help us decide the type of closets and drawers to make the most out of the space. She did a great job and is super friendly. She had to come back a second time to remeasure because we had finished the wall we were building in the closet area.
