We had a great experience from start to finish. When I submitted my inquiry to Closet American, I had a call right away from a very professional associate. Our designer showed up on time and was very helpful in measuring the space and giving us several ideas on the best way to build closets. Installation crew were also very prompt, professional, and they cleaned up very well after the closets were set. I would highly recommend Closet America to friends/family.

Once again, Closet America has done an outstanding job for us. New laundry room full wall of cabinets looks fabulous, and upper cabinets on opposite wall are the perfect balance above the washer & dryer. Mark & Diego worked diligently all day, and overcame the installation challenges of a house built in 1850! Well done guys!

The short and skinny of it is that the product is well built and the customer service is top notch. Breaking it all down: The initial phone call with customer service was quick and easy. The woman was very polite and ask the necessary questions to get everything set up. On the day of our consultation, Eric showed up on time and was very thorough. He took his time understanding what we wanted and explaining the history of the company. Once he put a design together that we approved of, the st... Read more

From the initial phone call to the final installation, our experience with Closet America could not have been better. Heather, our designer, came to visit and assess our needs then built a design on the spot! We reviewed it, made a couple small changes and the next thing we knew Paul was there to install it one day. We are now loving our new closet....so much better organized, attractive, functional additions, and it has quickly become one of our favorite rooms in the house.... no kidding! I... Read more
