EDIT - They responded to call them and they will resolve the issue. But you literally cannot get them on the phone. So this is clearly an AI response. DO NOT USE CLOSET AMERICA! I paid over $10K for a closet that is not finished, and who knows when it will be. No one answers their phone, they call from random numbers all the time so you don't know who is calling, and they do not return your calls to get back on the schedule. Horribly rude staff. When I called to resolve an issue between the company I work for and Renuity regarding Mobile Device Management locks, my colleague and I were accused of stealing their property, told that the documentation we had showing ownership was fake, and their staff threatened to call the police, then hung up on me. Do not do business with them if you want to work with polite staff, because they will assume the worst, act unprofessionally, and insult you.
