I was denied service because my husband would not be present to discuss options and pricing during the quote. I let the company know multiples times this was suppose to be a surprise birthday present for my husband and I was still told without my husband they would not come to my house with just me there alone. We had our presentation on Monday the 24th. Our sales person showed up right on time. He gave us his presentation which was very good. He then stated that if we could guess the price within $500.00 he would buy us dinner at any restaurant (as long as it had Golden Arches). Anyway we guessed correctly, I could see his face drop. They took they're time at consultation for our home office to get everything just right with the design. They advised regarding materials and styles to make the process seamless and most aesthetically pleasing. Install took less than a full work day. The installers were professional, peaceful and polite.
