The installation team was very professional and respectful of my home, which I really appreciated. My only complaint would be with the quality control department to allow an ugly dark knot in the middle of one of drawers, when it could have been flipped over, but I guess it’s not a big deal since I’m putting things in the drawer to cover it. Just had two closest systems installed (walk-in primary bedroom and an additional storage area). They are absolutely perfect and better than imagined.
